We have to renew a customer licence by the end of this week, and have to upgrade to ENT+

I have a question regarding extension limits. Currently I have roughly 20 systems that are in the healthcare field. We have an internal IT helpdesk that manages our 3cx systems. In order to do that each helpdesk user needs an extension on each system. We don't use a shared "admin" user so they can each have their 2FA enabled. That is currently 10 users that only have extensions because they need to in order to manage the system. Is there any way to not have admin user count against the extensions?

If one extension per system for administration tips the scale and puts you over the user count for that SC license...I would recommend upsizing the system. We have an admin/owner user per system as well, but we just pay the price for that administrative overhead and pass that on.

We have just one admin for administration with 2fa. Why its a problem to share this one? Otherwise just pay for the bigger licence.

Thx for pointing me there... I think we dont had this problem because we are just two people who are ding 3cx stuff.
