3CX PRO 4SC to Basic 8SC

Hi,

I have a 4SC PRO licence, I cannot upgrade to 8SC basic edition. I plan to purchase 8SC Basic edition and replace 4SC PRO in the portal. Is it the right way to do it ?

Its not possible to replace commercial keys - have you tried reaching out to your sales manager?

Hi,
In my distributor portal, there is no option from 4SC PRO to 8SC basic. And I don't want to backup/reinstall just for license upgrade. Any suggestion ?

Basic is relatively new, if you're using a distributor they may not have added that to their portal? In our 3CX portal I can click the Renew/Downgrade link and see options for Basic. If I pick it for a 3CX hosted server it will show an error.
