3CX PRO license 4 SC not applicable (disabled or replaced)

Good morning. I purchased a PRO 4 SC license from a partner but am unable to apply it to my installation. The Partner tells me that everything is fine for them and that they can hear 3CX. Has this ever happened to you? It happens with both old and new installations. Thanks to anyone who wants to help me! Giulia

might be faster to backup without the key and reinstall it. You'd have to release the key from the FQDN if you want to reuse it.

I also dont know, we dont have any customers with free keys... But i thougt it should be possible.

So.. how can i check if that license is used?

This sounds pretty sketchy now.

you will log in to the customer 3CX portal and view your installations and license key.

I've got only the installation with the free license... when i try to replace the key with the new one i've got that error.

It's a new installation with a new key.

Usually, the partner will activate the license remotely without you doing anything.
