3CX prompting users to enter a number to confirm we are not a robot for outbound calls

As the title suggests. We are being prompted by 3CX on our internal phones and apps to enter a number to confirm we arent a robot. This happens only when calling numbers outside (landlines, mobiles etc). This started happening when we upgraded to V20 Update 9 today. Can someone assist in this please?

V20 U9
Debian Install
Pro Edition.

@zahrd024 on the Options tab of the extensions, is the below setting enabled ?

What SIP provider are you using? Unsupported by any chance? Maybe your provider is enforcing this if it isnt PIN protect.
