Hi all,
I have set up 3CX with a PSTN gateway, its an unsupported one but it works. Its A Solwise Pheenet FXO Gateway.
I have it all working, calls incoming and outgoing working great on all phones which are a mixture of Cisco and Snom 300's.
My problem is thus: incoming calls; (from landline to gateway to pbx) all come in as "from 90001". The PSTN gateway is setup in 3CX and the 90001 is the login (Virtual Extension) for the gateway (registered). So all calls come from that number. No where on the Solwise Web Interface can I see any option that enables Caller ID.
is there a way I can get the CallerID to display rather than the 90001 Virtual Extension number ?
Its the same in the 3CX logs also - example:
27-Jun-2015 20:48:16.255 [CM503007]: Call(C:49): Line:90001>>88888888 has joined, contact <sip:[email protected]:5060>
192.168.1.10 being the FXO gateway.
Thanks in advance
Kind Regards
Chris
