Hi All,

We are currently having this issue where our users are using the PWA app in a call centre environment, but once they finish their shift and log off it'll still show them as avaliable (instead of not registered) and logged into the queue which means the loggest waiting time queue strategy still goes through them.

Has anyone had this issue before or would anyone know how to go about working around this?

Thanks
Daniyal

The PWA app is actually always active by design so to exit you must click on the user icon in the upper-right corner and then "Exit Client":

Hi Chris,

Thats interesting, so even if the user completely logs out of the computer and shuts their computer down, they will still be logged in?
I'm not quite sure how that design feature would be beneficial in any way?

Thanks
Daniyal

If it shows registered even when the PC is shut down then that's because of the PUSH functionality being added to the 3CX Webclient/PWA.

That said, you will either have to make sure users always exit the clients as described in my previous response, or, disable PUSH for these extensions:
Management Console >> Users/Extensions >> Edit >> Phone Provisioning >> select "3CX App" from drop-down >> in the "Network" section uncheck "enable Push notifications":

Note: This is required for calls to be received on the 3CX mobile apps (iOS/Android) so I do not recommend disabling this for extensions that are also provisioned on these apps.
