Is the quota referring to the maximum space allocated for each extension? Or the total recording size?
Please clarify me on this.

Total recording size on your current storage location.

Usually things that are per extension are found under the extension itself, whereas things that are system wide will be a separate setting elsewhere, not under the extension.
