Hi, We have a customer using the VoIP ports on a ZyXel VMG8324-B10A with 3CX and have had issues with the session timer refreshes. When 3CX sends the authentication challenge for the re-invite, the client drops the call.
The call is negotiated with refresher=uac, and so on. There no option in the client to disable the session timer, and changing the setting 3CX's end has no effect. Currently working around the issue by setting session exires to 3600 which is the maximum allowed by the client.
Are there any settings I might be missing to disable the authetication on refresh?
