3CX Recordings - Upload to SFTP Server every 2 minutes

Greetings - I have 3CX recordings setup - I need to send the recordings to an SFTP server more frequent than the Archive options allow. I would like to send the recordings every 2 minutes. Does anyone know if this is possible?

This is not possible, I'm afraid. The Archive policy only allows a scheduled archive to be done on daily, weekly or monthly rotation.

Thanks Charles - we need to be able to upload these recordings at a higher frequency than what is currently available. Unfortunately, that doesn't look possible w/3CX's currently functionality.

It looks like we might need to look at the option of implementing a cron job to move the recordings over to an SFTP/SSH server; hopefully this solution provides us w/the necessary workaround.

Please note that If you move the recordings via any method other than with the archive schedule, the recordings will not be accessible from the management console, reports, webclients, etc..

Using a cron job to copy/move recordings provides a backup of the recording, but it does not provide an easy way to find and listen to a recording. You have not indicated WHY you want to move a recording to an SFTP server, but I assume it is for archival purposes?

We provide the ability to archive recordings, in real-time, while also providing a simple web interface for finding and listening to recordings. And we also make it easy to add notes to the recording, score how the agent handled the call, and provide a separate archival retention policy.
