3CX Registration Issue

Hello,

we have an issue with license registration. the following error appear (Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com)

3CX server has internet connectivity and the dns ip was changed to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

3CX version is 18.0 Update1 (Build 234)

Your pbx is way to old to activate! You need to take an backup an reinstall on the last v18 version and restore your backup.

But we can't resolve dns lookup activation.3cx.com from anywhere, not only from PBX. For example from my laptop too.
