3CX remembering last known IP address after ISP failover

I am hosting client at AWS, and all was welll.. few phones using STUN, but on a ISP failover, if the router goes back to original ISP, 3CX is keeping them marked as the ISP2 address under phones list in management console. Rebooting the server or the phone doesn't change this. However, rebooting phone from the management console does send it back to ISP1 IP address. Is this a bug?

Do the phones stop working when the IP switches back or is this a display issue?
