I already wrote in another topic, but the issue is not resolved. Maybe someone has encountered this. For a long time this opportunity was not needed, but now it is extremely important.
Creating a meeting. Invite a participant. Sound and video work perfectly. Trying to get control of the participant's computer.
When requesting remote control writes that Remote Control is not installed.
Offers download and install.
Downloading and running the installation.
The installation window opens and the program is installed. after you close the installation window, nothing happens.
Still writes that Remote Control is not installed and offers to download and install.
Remote Control was removed, re-installed Chrome. Tried on different PCs. At all installed windows 10, Chrome 80.0.3987.163
Antivirus is disabled for everyone.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Confirm, It is installed on yours AND on the participants Client?

Yes, it is installed on both devices

Are we the only ones facing this problem? Or does no one use remote management?

if I recall correctly this app installs to the local profile.
Lets check for local profile corruption. open up file explorer and type %appdata%, you should see your appdata roaming folder load up.
the app should show installed in
C:\Users\userid\AppData\Roaming\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl

I can confirm it works here. I have the same version of google chrome as you. are either of your machines on a vpn?

Thanks. The check shows that it is installed. There are no VPN machines.

I feel like I had a similar issue in the past... in our case we had an error that the application was not a valid win32 application.

lets compare our versions of the remote control app. if I view the properties of my remote control I see 10.5.10.26099

I have a version of 10.5.10.26178. This is what is currently being downloaded from webmeeting.

I also have a remote control issue but mine is with one user using a windows pc and the other a mac. The windows pc can't control the mac. Both is using the latest version of Chrome.

You cannot remote control a Mac, it is only available for Windows PCs

Thank you for the feedback. Much appreciated
