Solved 3CX Report Feature and Manual

Dear All and Experts,
I could see some reports embedded under Reporting Menu (Call Log, CDR, Chat Logs, Reports and Recordings). May you please advise for the link or manual to study a bit more detail about it and how it could customize to customer CRM for report wise etc..
