To start we're running v18 of 3Cx that is fully patched and up to date. The phone in question is a Yealink T42s (there may be other effected models but this is far and away the most common device we've deployed).

I am currently troubleshooting an issue for a client and one of the places I always start when phones seem to be acting weird is to make sure the firmware is up to date. I checked the management page and sure enough the current firmware was reporting that it was unsupported. No big deal it was after hours so I decide to update the firmware on any phone that was out of date. However, when I started doing this I found that the firmware the phones were running is the latest supported by 3CX as far as the management console is concerned. I've included a screenshot of the Upgrade firmware window from the management console as well as a snippet from the phones page below it showing the T42s I'm trying to update. Has anyone else run into this?

The phone is running 66.85.05 , where the latest 3cx support firmware is 66.86.05. - different versions

Hi @c.holloway,

I think Saqqara covered it. If you need anything else, let me know.
