We upgraded our Windows server to 16v2 on Wednesday. It seems like the reporting object stopped working after the upgrade and no call data was captured. I rebooted the server after hours on 8/9 and it picked back up. It seemed fine through the weekend, however today the data doesn't seem to be capturing again. I don't see any services halted, but if I run a report the calls stop at 9:03. The last recorded call is also the same call at 9:03.

Is there a service that I can try restarting without impacting production or any log files I can check to see why this is suddenly stopping. We are a fairly active call center, so we can't keep losing data like this.

Hello @jmatano

If the calls do not show when running a call report then i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the issue.
The services involved in the creation of the reports are the management console and system server service and the database which holds all the data. Try restarting the management console service which will not affect production to see if its a display issue.

Just a heads up, be very careful when you say "Try restarting the management console service which will not affect production to see if its a display issue." We have an entire site using nothing but WebRTC. I should have put 1+1 together before restarting the service, but with the improvements to the web softphone I assume a lot of clients are using the web as a primary contact device, which very much impacts production when restarting the management console service!

You are absolutely right that restarting the management console service will affect the web clients. You have my apologies as i did not consider that possibility at the time. Hopefully that did not cause too much of the problem.
