3CX Reports

Good Afternoon Colleagues
I hope you are doing good . I am working with a new customer and i have the below inquires:

1. Can i have 2 supervisors with the privileges to view only reports with no other permissions ?
2. Can i configure 3CX to automatically send daily report to a certain email address ?

You can have two extensions that have the ability to generate reports but nothing else from the management console. You can do this by going into the extension and under "Rights" at the bottom, only check the "Allow access to 3CX management console" and "Generate reports".

You can also configure call reports to go to what ever email address you want. You enter this email address when creating the daily report.
