Hi,
What is the hell with the settings in a new Version 20.0 Update 3 Final?

We are using failover scenario with active/passive servers.
When I try to configure the restore settings on the passive server, I don't know how to do it correctly. Because there are three options:

1. Admin -> Backup -> Schedule Backup (which is related to step 2).
2. Admin -> System -> Storage -> Backup Archive (which is related to step 1).
3. Admin -> Backup -> Failover -> Scheduled Restore.

Can someone explain me how to configure restore option on 3CX step by step?

Does the documentation adequately address your query?
No, this documentation is not clear.

I miss V18, because it was very simple to configure. "Backup Schedule" for active server, "Restore schedule" for passive server, "Location" for both servers. It was absolutely clear.

But now...
I should specify FTP server here: Admin -> System -> Storage -> Enable Remote Data Storage & Archive

Then, I should specify the restore time on the passive server here: Admin -> Backup -> Failover -> Scheduled Restore

But it won't work. Why? Because I should specify additional parameter that called "Folder Name". And this field is related to backup settings. It's not clear. I am confused. This option is here: Admin -> System -> Storage -> Backup Archive

Moreover this option is cross-linked to another option (Admin -> Backup -> Schedule Backup)

Why this option is duplicated? It doesn't make sense. Because I have to specify the folder name for sure.

And finally I get the email from the passive server:

3CX restored successfully.
You can now access.

Access what? Why did you change the original message?

3CX restored successfully.

You can now access the Management Console from here:
