Is there anyway to add a ringcentral line a a voip provider into 3CX I cant seem to get it to work here is a example of their config

SIP Domain: sip.ringcentral.com:5060
Outbound Proxy: sip.ringcentral.com:5090
User Name: 15705551212
Password: 555555
Authorization ID: 555555

You don't specify what issues your are having in adding a trunk to them. Not registering? If you think that you've datafilled everything properly in 3Cx then post a 3CX log showing a failed registration. That may give a clue as to what is incorrect or missing.

Silly question - did they actually specify a separate authorization id? you used the same "mask" (ie, all 5s) for both auth id and password - possibly leading us to believe you are using the same value for authid and password in the real config as well. If they didn't specify a separate authorization id, try using your phone number.

Was there any resolution to this?

I'm having issues getting a new ring central digital sip trunk/line.

Information they provided:

SIP Domain: sip.ringcentral.com:5060
Outbound Proxy: sip.ringcentral.com:5090
User Name: 1574797XXXX
Password: 9704XXX (Same as below)
Authorization ID: 9704XXX (Same as above)

In 3cx:
External number: 1574797XXXX
Auth ID: 9704XXX
Authen PW: 9704XXX

I tried outgoing call, the line doesn't register and here's the error I get when dialing out.
16:15:05.044 [CM503003]: Call(4): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 407 Proxy Authentication Required; from IP:199.255.123.123:5090

Here's the failed registration..
16:49:12.510 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: 10001@RingCentral; Cause: 401 Unauthorized; from IP:199.255.123.123:5090

To me it seems ring central is blocking external users. But I have never tried ringcentral.

They currently handle our call answering and we intend to keep it for the round robin calling feature to cell phones, so I was just trying to get a sip trunk from them (keep it in the same hands) But if I can get this resolved I'm going to go with a different provider for the trunks. Any recommendations?

I the following doesn't work - ensure your firewall is set up properly for outbound traffic on ringcentral sip port (5060?)
http://help.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/2070?retURL=%2Fapex%2FRCSupportSearch%3Fc%3D%26p%3D38%26k%3D%26t%3D%26l%3D%26action%3DSearchAnswer%26pageid%3Dhome%26serviceFilter%3D&popup=false&Title=Settings%20for%20SIP-based%20Phones

Well, I was able to get SIP trunks from skype working ok with it so I assume it's a ring central config issue not a firewall/ports problem.

Our firewall isn't set to block any traffic outbound.

The default out going proxy for ring central is 5090, We had a firewall rule setup for 3cx tunnel to allow 5090 into the 3cx server but I changed the 3cx tunnel to 5091 but the Ring Central registration still didn't work.
