Both articles are accurate. For production purposes and long-term use, the numbers listed in the "Installing 3CX SBC" are what you need to follow. The "New SBC Performance Stats" just states the actual tests we ran, so as mentioned in this blog post, these numbers should not be taken as scaling guidelines, but just as a performance review.
