Hello,
I am new to 3CX and my company wants to add voice SIP to an existing Android application. I have seen examples of code using com.3cx.android.Client
but I cannot find this SDK. IS there a download link somewhere ?

Hello, sorry I do not understand your question.
We have a 3CX app on Google Playstore that you can use to provision against our 3CX PBX solution

I understand but we want to use our application and its GUI. Is there a way to use 3CX as an SDK to make voice phone calls?

No you cannot. It's not an SDK, it's the app itself.

Use regular SIP libraries to do what you want.

Correct as @ConceptsWeb stated, if you want to work on your own client solution, you have to use regular SIP libraries.

3CX does not offer any APIs for their client applications.
