3CX Secondary Server Cannot Restore Backup from Shared Network Storage

Hi Team,

We have a 3CX failover setup with a 32SC licence. The failover is working correctly, and the secondary server takes over successfully when the primary server is unavailable.

Our issue is with the backup location. The primary server is backing up successfully to the network storage, but the secondary server is not able to access or restore the backup file from the same network storage location.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or are there any specific permissions, requirements, or logs we should check on the secondary server to troubleshoot this?

@rajan the passive server will always try to restore the " 3CXScheduledBackup.zip ".
What is the location where you prform the backups, is it SMB, FTP, sFTP on your local network ?
On the Passive server >> Admin >> System >> Storage do you see the correct storage location there ?
Can the Passive serve reach this machine and also have access to the backups ?
On the bottom of the Storage section, is the Folder Name specified for the correct location ?
