3cx server down

Hi,

Is anyone experiencing issues with their 3cx system. We keep receiving a server error and our phone system is out. Can anyone assist with this?

Does anyone have a way to to accommodate this issue? It appears the 3cx server is being overloaded.

You say cloud based - who is hosting? What are characteristics of your VM?

No, the server isn´t overloaded. Check your Network.

Hello @Kaelen

Please make sure that your machine meets the minimum spec requirements for the amount of extensions you have and the usage it receives. If the machine runs out of resources then this could result in services stopping.
