3CX server missing AudioProvider service

Functionality is fine, but I noticed on three of my clients, there is no "3CX Phonesystem 01 AudioProvider" windows service (also no Hotel Service like other client 3CX servers have)

They are all running up to date 15.5.3849.1.

Can't find any references to the AudioProvider service other than a post here regarding music on hold playlists.

If think you have to backup , uninstall 3cx and finally reinstall using the backup to get these extra functions.

I had same issue when upgrading to the version with the hotel module

Thank you. I did come across procedure. thanks for verifying. Still curious the purpose of the service.

Support said it is for the Music on Hold playlists, and confirmed the reinstall is the fix.
