3cx Service hangs, then freezes system

Every morning, at the same time this week, the Windows 7 box I run 3cx 15.5 latest update on freezes. I've stopped all non-3cx updates on the system. This is my only clue. Attached. Any thoughts?

Have you excluded the 3CX folders from the antivirus program ?

C:\ProgramData\3CX
C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System

Added those exceptions and running a scan now. Thank you

I did have a similar issue and had to remove AV totally and that fixed it.
