3cx Services wont start

My 3CX Server Automatically did the latest update and now i cannot access the console.

3cx cannot start the phone system management console service
error 1053 the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

any suggestions on how to resolve this?

I hasd the same issue and thought I would go ahead and uninstall and reinstall with restoring a backup.
I uninstalled Win V18 update 3 but there is evidently no system install file for update 3 or at least i don't know where to find it. I'm pretty stuck until I can reinstall this as I get a message that my backup is a newer version than the 3cx installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any AV software running on the machine?

we run ESET, but I tried removing that before i uninstalled and that didn't help

didn't mean to hijack the thread. My issue started out the same with the service not starting. I didn't want somebody to uninstall and be in the same situation as me.
