3CX settings for Adam Internet (Australia)

Hi all, I'm trying to set up Adam Internet VOIP onto the home 3CX systems but having a few difficulties. (Novice)

Can someone please tell me the setings that i need to do, thank you Steve

I am not sure of the settings but you are going to need to be a little more dezscriptive of your issues.
