Kindly I keep seeing this error in the firewall check as below, need support

Hi,
You need to search in your router/firewall settings if option for SIP ALG can be disabled, if no option exist, then you need to use another router with PRO features.

Hi, Kindly the SIP ALG is disabled,

The SIP ALG detection test did not say "detected", it said "failed"

This means the result is unknown:

• Are you certain all ports are forwarded as Full Cone NAT?
• Are you geo-blocking any IPs the firewall checker may be using?
• Can you confirm there are no other networking elements between the PBX and the internet?
