Hello
kindly i configured 3cx on AWS cloud environment with behind firewall , The 3cx local ip is 192.168.10.10
There is a vpn tunnel between firewall on aws cloud and on prim firewall .Behind the onprim firewall there is a GW Nokia with ip 10.12.30.160 and this GW connected to proxy server with ip 10.20.20.30 .This proxy server connected to Nortel
There is no issue on all of that as can ping and reach the nokia GW and also Proxy server from 3cx on AWS
The issue is the GW can connect to 3cx Why?!!
Because we found that Nortel do a restriction ,actually i have no idea if that is a restriction or its Nortel system configuration by default
but by the way Waht nortel did
Its forced that the ip of the IPPBX (3cx) which should connect to Nokia GW must be on same subnet and not only that but also must be specific ip 10.12.30.161
Actually 3cx already has ip with 192.168.10.10 and this ip is already also behind the firewall on AWS
So when we initiale any call from 3cx the Sip header will contain this 3cx ip 192.168.10.10 but on same time nortel refuse any connection come from any ip except 10.12.30.161
The question is ,IS there any way to do allow any change in sip header to convert the 3cx ip from 192.168.10.10 to 10.12.30.161
which means when we conect 3cx to Nokia GW and do a call from 3cx , The sip header will contain not 3cx ip but 10.12.30.161
Thanks

...and this isn't a subnet setting on the Nokia GW that might be changed?

Yes, unfortunately this setting cant be changed on nokia GW
