3CX SMB 20 - Max amount is sytem extensions reached?

Hi all,

I am configuring a new deployment of the Hosted SMB 20 User. When setting up Ring Groups, Queues, and Digital Receptionists, I hit a hard limit of 10. After 10, all 3 add buttons are greyed out, and when I hover over any of them I get, "Max amount of system extensions reached". I've checked every piece of literature 3CX has available, and can not find where there is a limit for that.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have:
7 users
5 Digital Receptionists
3 Ring Groups
2 Queues

Hi @Robert_O yes, using SMB you can only have 10 system extensions.

If you plan to have more than 10 system extensions then you will need a dedicated Hosted 3CX.
