3CX SMB Free Custom IP Phone

Is it possible to add a custom IP phone in the free SMB version? We have a new door access system which is a SIP client that we want to connect as an extension to our 3CX SMB Free edition. When clicking on adding a new IP p[hone for the extension, the router phone/sbc option is greyed out. Is this feature available in the free edition?

basically: yes
You then have to set up the device manually.

Is an SBC/router phone even connected to the 3CX? This is required. Otherwise, this feature won't be available.

Is this feature available in the free edition?

basically: yes

Thanks, we had to install the SBC first in order to be able to create the custom phone.
