Hi,

In version 18, we could do queue call interception.
Example: *20*39217

In version 20, it no longer works.
We can only intercept calls from extensions.
I have already opened a ticket to FR support.
the answer :
“This is normal behavior.”

Same thing for groups calls.

Has anyone found a solution?
It's complicated to tell the customer that they are losing a basic function following an update which should normally improve the user experience...

For the SMB this dial code is not an option.
Have you considered the BLF keys?

Hi Theodoros,

We do that for BLF :
but didn't work

The custom speed dial will not work.
Assign the BLF key of the extension and test.

I indicated in the post that this is a queue intercept not a extension intercept.

We can't add BLF for queue...

39217 is a queue

No i'm afraid that this is not an option.

Why did you remove this option from V18 SMB to V20 SMB ?

May i ask, what is the assigned role of the extension? Is he a user?
