Solved 3CX SMS v18 Alpha 3

Has anyone experienced issues with receiving text messages? Sending text (SMS) works fine, but replies or new submissions do not come through. SMS Test is successful in the messaging section.

I'm not sure where you are based but, for example, in the UK i'm using VOXI which is part of the Vodafone network.
My number is with Telynx and I'm unable to text it from my phone because Vodafone see it as a chargeable number outside of my inclusive SMS. They tested this by giving me £1 credit and I sent a text fine. Try another network to see if you are able to get through.

I have other 3CX PBX's working with SMS inbound and outbound with Bandwidth. I believe this issue is related directly to v18.

Hi @eli1030,

We've just tested on v18 with Bandwidth and we're not having any issue. Double check the settings, this should work even though it is an Alpha.

I cleared settings and re-added Bandwidth, made sure route was added with a +1 in front of the number and tested again. inbound and outbound is now successful. thank you for your help!
