3CX SMTP email issues

Here's my problem. I have multiple public IP. let's say it' SMT on xxx.xxx.xxx.2 and another one is xxx.xxx.xxx.5 The problem is that all my ports are forwarded from .5 to my 3CX server and it works great, but SMTP server only works when it is on .2, which of course, the rest of 3CX doesn't work. How come the SMTP server won't follow along? When I set 3CX on .5 the SMTP says Authentication Invalid Credentials 5.7.0 Denied

Check Settings-Network-Public IP, IP must be exact the same to IP adress which 3cx is using on Internet.

Okay thanks. That probably mean I have some serious network issues to solve on my end, because my server access the internet through .2 instead of .5 though it receives .5 traffic without issue. At least I know what to do. Thanksm
