3CX SMTP Issue

My 3CX is AWS hosted, and seems to be working properly, excpt for some 3CX SMTP issues.
I have email alerts set to go to my alert email address, and Verizon email to text.
I receive the alerts via the "real" email address, but not on the [email protected].

Any thoughts?

It's possible 3CX's SMTP Service has "vtext.com" on a bouce list for to many failures from other customers.
