3CX SMTP issues sending welcome email issues

Hi,

Have a customer who has noticed users with '_' in their email address can't recieve emails using 3CX SMTP, has anyone come across this?

E.g. [email protected]

Emails are sent if they create an alias [email protected]

There should be no issue sending an email with an underscore in the alias. If the mailboxes were created, then a user in 3cx was created with the email address; it may have bounced and resulted in being blacklisted on the 3cx SMTP if the mailbox was not given enough time to be created and ready to receive emails.
