3CX SMTP Mail Server

We have stopped receiving voicemails by email and I've been tasked with attempting to figure the issue out. When I go test the email server I get the following error

• An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

How would I find out the fully fqdn/ip of the 3cx smtp server to check firewall or to make sure the ports are open?

Also your wan IP address has to match the 3cx fqdn address
