3cx SMTP Server - manage email from name

Our on-prem 3cx server is configured with email server "3cx SMTP Server" and we would like to manually set the from address to remove our company name as our email filter judges external email from our company name as SPAM.

Is there a parameter that will allow this?

You can change the company name from within the license settings under the management console > settings > license section, pressing Edit, then changing the company name.

After making the change and pressing OK, at the top of the page, also press the refresh license information button.

This will change the company name that appears in the from header, within emails from the system, when using the 3cx smtp server.
