I have received notification from one of my clients that their SNOM D765 phones have stopped presenting the MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) light when a voicemail is received to the operator extension. Each phone is configured with 2 extensions, the users primary extension and the operator extension where voicemails are sent.
This worked previously perfectly and the setup/testing was outlined here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/voicemail-light-indicator.62286/
The 3CX PBX is currently running version 16.0.910 and the firmware on the SNOM D765's is: 10.1.37.11.
I have spoken to Snom who have requested a SIP trace after re-creating the issue and they have stated the PBX is not sending the NOTIFY command to the phones. Does anyone know where I can check this and ensure its correctly setup as it has not been changed since the above configuration was working so I can only assume a PBX update has caused the issue?
Regards
Tahir
