3Cx soft phone will notanswer pickup inbound call

when receiving inbound call, my 3cx does not answer / respond when selecting Enter or the green incoming call button.
I can make outbound calls and the keypad works and responds, but the I cannot answer incoming calls.

Help...

Did you try uninstall/install 3cx softphone? Tried with different account or on another computer?
