I purchased a 3XC license recently and mistakenly linked with a 3CX account that has been since completely deleted. The standard troubleshooting 'disconnect' method is not an option for me in this case.
I am assuming this would be something 3CX team would need to do on the back end. Or is there anything I can possibly do on my end? The license is less than 30 days old and basically useless at the moment.
Also, I still have access to the email used for the old deleted 3CX account of which the license key is bound to.
Trying to replace it within my new 3CX instances gives me this:

This license key is already in use and bound to another FQDN. You need to login to your Customer Portal and release this license key from its current FQDN binding. Only after the key is unbound will you be allowed to transfer your existing FQDN onto this new key.
