3CX softphone and One Plus 6

I have configured the system and when making internal calls between users using my One Plus 6, the earpiece or speaker volume between the two handsets is very low.
Tried it with an Iphone and the volume is acceptable.
I read a thread about some Android phones having 2 microphones and tied talking to the earpiece, instead of talking to the microphone and the sound quality improved.
Have any other users with Android phones encountered such an issue?
Is there a list of compatible Android phones, that will work correctly with 3CX softphone?

Have you tried increasing "Microphone Gain" under Advanced Settings?

Generally, any android device running Android 7 and above and that has Google Services pre-installed by the manufacturer should be fine.

As a test, also try toggling "Car/Bluetooth support(Telecom API)" on or off and see whether it makes a difference in either state.
