3CX Softphone app freezes up before calling in windows

Hi there,

I am kinda new to this, but the 3cx app in windows freezes up right after I click call button.

Any common troubleshooting? The Mac app works fine. Same thing on the other Windows laptop.

I would check the laptop itself in that case, what version of Windows is it running? Is it 32 or 64 bit?

What version of .NET framework imdoes it have and is it fully up to date with the latest Windows updates?
