3cx Softphone + Jabra PRO 930/Jabra Direct = Not Ready

Hi,

i have3cx v16 with. Softphone and a Jabra PRO 930 Headset with Jabra Direct 4.0.13615.
The Headset is selected in 3cx-Softphone.

In Jabra Direct the 3cx-Integration is "Not Ready". A Hint is not displayed at the Info-Symbol.

What do I wrong?
