3cx Softphone Remote connection Problems

Hello All

i am using softphone on my laptop to remote to my ext., i have connection but voice from the remote is not heard. i can hear who i call or who calls me. help.

Hi there,

Why not switch to use tunnel that should instantly solve all you one way audio issue. Where you enter the connection details ( for the 3cx softphone) at the bottom there is a box, enable tunnel mode, enter the local ip port and tunnel password and you should connect and solve your issue. Ill post a screenshot if its not clear on how to do it.
