Are there any tools to change the visual look of the Windows softphone client? I was not able to find any recent posts regarding it and was curious if it is possible to change the colors/look of it.

Hello,

In the settings menus of the windows client, you can click on themes and try out some of the built in ones.

You can also set a custom banner there sized 270x80 pixels
