Solved 3CX Softphone Switchboard

Under the Switchboard settings there is a box "Show Presence of:" and a list of all extension groups (besides DEFAULT) regardless of which extension groups the extension is actually a member of. Is there a way to remove access from seeing presence information for extensions outside of a members group?

Management console > Groups > Go to the group rights tab > "Publish group information to all members"
Uncheck this so you do not publish this to all.

I'm sorry, this is actually for V14 Service Pack 3.

I think same concept applies.. Check.. if not, best contact support if you still have issues or update.
The longer you wait to update (Unless you really need to stay on 14) the worse you gonna find it in the future.
Pump up all available service packs
Take a backup
Uninstall and install 15.5 and restore.

FOUND IT! Thanks! We are staying with V14 until VAD and Hotel are at feature parity...but once it is we'll be updating!
