We have internal DNS Server, I have configured new Zone and put dns entry to ensure my FQDN can resolve to Private and Public IP Address. How do I make external users (or when we are outside work environment) able to resolve FQDN to IP Address?

Okay thanks, and how long does it take to update DNS entry in internet after i have changed Static Public IP?

Depends on your licence. From 5 minutes to 6 hours.

You only need to configure your DNS server to point to the local IP address of the PBX. Everyone from outside of your network will be using our DNS servers to get your external IP address.
