48 , I can't get that for free , I just needed information on how many SIM calls this 3 year free licence supports.

I am confused, it hat key for you? As you have an NFR license, which is ENT. Yes for the current partner level ist is small, but will increase from Bronze level to a 32. Contact your CM to evaluate your options.
