3cx Standard pro - SMS missing and Video calling

trying to understand why i can't add sms and how to add video ability

went to messaging i add the facebook but seems i am missing SMS

i am using voip.ms with 3cx

As a first step, please check your license edition in the portal.3cx.com.
Does it state Standard or PRO?

The SMS option is only available with PRO subscriptions.

In regards to video ability, please refer to the 3CX Video Conferencing guide.
Video Conferencing is available with all subscriptions, for example, with a 3CX free (Standard), StartUp free, or StartUp PRO subscription it is a maximum of 25 participants.

i do have another issue, i set up the PBX, trying to setup grandstream 2602P, i setup the extension ( or at least i think i did right) getting on the phone error "the number doesn't match the dial plan"

where do i get the configuration for a sip phone?
and how to i address this issue with match dial plan?
