3CX StartUP - how to change department name

I've just created a new instance of 3CX free StartUP for a new client, and for some reason it defaulted to using the name of another company. Whenever the department field is shown, the other company name is there and I can't find a way to correct this. With the free edition of v20 there is no department tab. Any ideas?
